We are looking to recruit two engineers.

Software engineer with some of the following skills:

• PC Windows software development experience in C++ with Visual Studion .Net,
• PC Windows software development in VB.
• Embedded software development for microprocessors and DSPs such as C/C++ and assembler.
• Web design skills.
• Mathematics.

This position might suit a recent graduate in software engineering or similar discipline with a good degree.

Electronic engineer with some of the following skills:

• Digital design: DSP, PIC, FPGA and experience with VHDL.
• Analogue design: op-amp signal conditioning to 100 MHz, power amplifiers, ADC stages.
• PCB CAD design.
• Mathematics.
• Matlab, Simulink.
• Experience with signal processing.

Ideally, you would have the following education:

• A good class of degree in physics or electronic engineering or computing.
• PhD in a related discipline.

Cambridge Ultrasonics is based in a quiet, rural location a few miles outside Cambridge. With strong links with Cambridge University we provide a service to clients in the fields of: medical electronics, novel ultrasonic instruments and microwaves.
